Basic Urgent Care — Telemedicine Visit
$70 for a 15-minute basic urgent-care telemedicine visit with Cordelia Okwuosah, FNP-BC, for adults 18–74 physically located in California or Florida. Not for emergencies. The clinician may direct you to in-person or emergency care when telehealth is not appropriate. A diagnosis, prescription, specific treatment, or clinical eligibility is not guaranteed. This is a visit fee; prescribed medications, if any, are paid separately to the pharmacy.

Payment Policy
Full card payment of the displayed service price is required before an appointment is created. Program fees do not include prescription medication; any prescribed medication is billed separately by the pharmacy. Payment does not guarantee clinical eligibility, a diagnosis, or a prescription.
Refund Policy
OWNER-ONLY PRELAUNCH PAYMENT TEST — not a general patient launch. Final cancellation, rescheduling, no-show and refund terms remain under clinic/legal review. Do not use this page to arrange clinical care during testing. A live charge is real; test-charge handling must be agreed with the clinic before payment. No automatic refund or recurring program billing is promised.
